交醫生命科學中心 (交一生物材料與再生醫學技術中心)
交一生物材料與再生醫學技術中心專注于自體細胞與生物墨水在再生醫學領域的研究與應用。作為一種前沿的醫學技術,自體細胞能夠通過重新編程和分化,實現人體組織的再生與修復。而生物墨水則是一種含有活體細胞和生物材料的可注入液體,用于3D打印人體組織和器官。
中心的研究團隊致力于開發先進的自體細胞分離、培養和擴增技術,以提高自體細胞在再生醫學中的應用效果。同時,中心還研究設計創新的生物墨水,以解決人工器官和組織移植中的供給問題。
中心與多家醫療機構、科研院所和企業展開合作,共同推動相關技術的發展和轉化。通過深入了解人體生物學特性和創新技術的應用,中心為實現個性化醫療和器官再生提供了有力的支持。
中心的目標是在自體細胞和生物墨水研究方面取得突破性的進展,并將其應用于各種再生醫學領域,包括組織工程、器官再生和藥物篩選。通過跨學科的合作和持續創新,中心致力于為人類健康和醫學進步做出貢獻。
劉昌勝 1967年6月出生于湖北大冶,生物材料學家,中國科學院院士,華東理工大學教授、博士生導師,上海大學校長、黨委副書記 。 長期從事生物材料的研究,發展了多種活性骨修復材料以及生長因子制備和材料活化新技術;研制出自固化磷酸鈣人工骨并獲此類產品注冊證,實現臨床廣泛應用。 劉昌勝提出了仿生人體創傷自愈合過程、構建材料在體內引導組織原位再生的學術思路,利用材料在體內所激發的系列生物學效應, 實現無生命材料向有生命組織的轉化。研制出自固化磷酸鈣人工骨,實現了準確塑形、生物降解、同步成骨特性統一,獲國家藥監局該類產品首張注冊證, 已廣泛應用于臨床。發明了制備人骨生長因子和材料活性化的新方法,研制出活性骨修復體已應用于臨床,取得了滿意的治療效果 。
